Dr. Abel Bello is a board-certified general surgeon with a specialization in performing bariatric procedures. Dr. Bello obtained his medical degree from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic, before completing a residency in general surgery at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York City and Northside Regional Medical Center in Youngstown, Ohio. Following this, Dr. Bello completed a fellowship in advanced minimally invasive and bariatric surgery at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.
