About a year ago, I was at my highest weight — 326.6 lbs. I remember needing a friend’s help just to zip up the shapewear under my dress, and even then, I was incredibly uncomfortable. Then, on April 28th, Dr. Galvani worked what truly feels like a miracle with my gastric bypass. Now, just a little over four months later, I’m down more than 78 lbs and just bought a dress I would’ve never dreamed of wearing a year ago. I’m still in shock when I look at the progress, but more than anything, I’m incredibly grateful for this second chance at feeling good in my own skin.
