Dr. Franchell Hamilton is a board-certified general surgeon with a special interest in bariatric surgery, as well as an author. Dr. Hamilton attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio Long School of Medicine, before completing a surgical residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Following this, Dr. Hamilton completed a fellowship at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at Houston McGovern Medical School.
