I am 4–5 days post-op from a gastric sleeve procedure in Tijuana at Vida Wellness (Cosmed Clinic) with Dr. Gabriella Rodriguez Ruiz, and the experience has been an absolute breeze. The care was top-notch—better than I’ve received in some facilities in the U.S.—and all instructions were detailed and easy to follow. There’s also an excellent follow-up plan. I paid $4,790 (excluding airfare to San Diego), which included hotel accommodations, a relaxing atmosphere, a complimentary spa treatment the day before surgery, and even a $500 coupon for future cosmetic surgery after weight loss. I give them a 10/10 recommendation.
